NDIS Provider for Young Adults.

Real NDIS support for young adults building independence in Melbourne.

We’re an independent, Melbourne Disability Support provider specialising in young adults aged 18 to 35. Some of the people we support are working towards employment, independent living and relationships. Others are building daily routine, confidence and community connection. We meet each person where they are, and move forward together at a pace that works for them.

Why Choose Us

Every young adult is different, and we believe their support should reflect that.

We take the time to carefully match each person with support workers who suit their personality, interests and aspirations. By focusing on genuine connections, we help create relationships built on trust, consistency and mutual understanding.

We work closely with families, support coordinators and other professionals, keeping communication open and everyone moving towards the same goals..

Our Approach

The Life Skills and Independence Program

For those who prefer a more structured way of working towards their goals, our optional six-stage program provides a clear framework, regular six-week reviews and personalised support every step of the way.

This program is just one of the ways we support young adults. We recognise that everyone is different, so our priority is always to do what’s right for the individual and tailor our approach to what works best for them.

1

Getting to Know You

Every journey starts with a conversation. We’ll get to know you, your interests, strengths, routines and goals so we can understand what matters most and how we can best support you.

2

Discovering Your Goals

Next, we complete our Goal Discovery Questionnaire together. It explores different areas of your life—from everyday living and relationships to health, employment and future aspirations—helping us understand where you are now and where you’d like to be.

3

Creating Your Plan

We’ll turn your goals into clear, achievable steps. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that provides direction while remaining flexible as your needs and priorities change.

4

Putting the Plan into Action

Once your goals are set, we develop a personalised action plan. This outlines how your support sessions will help you work towards your goals, with practical strategies tailored to your interests and strengths.

5

Reviewing Progress

Every six weeks we’ll reflect on what’s working, celebrate achievements and identify any new opportunities or challenges. Your feedback is an important part of this conversation.

6

Looking Ahead

Goals change as people grow. We’ll update your plan, celebrate how far you’ve come and decide together what the next stage of your journey looks like.

What Families & Participants Say

Real People,
Real Relationships,
Real Progress

Here is what young adults and their families say about working with our team.

We feel so incredibly fortunate to have Robbie help us with our family life – she is just amazing. We have two beautiful boys on the NDIS and a young baby, life is so busy with multiple therapies that we often feel quite overwhelmed with everything there is to do. Robbie is always calm and non-judgemental, so helpful and she has so much initiative – she will often just jump in and start doing what needs to be done without me needing to say anything. She often does things I didn’t even notice that needed doing! She is wonderful with all three of our children, she treats them with such care and respect and they so enjoy having her come to our home and often ask “Is Robbie coming today!?”. I can’t recommend Robbie highly enough, she has been such a joy and comfort in our lives as we adjust to daily life with children who have unique needs and challenges. We love you Robbie!!

Roberta has worked with my daughter for over one year. I have found Roberta to be very reliable, punctual and caring with my daughter. She has shown kindness and a good level of understanding of my daughter’s special needs, also exhibiting initiative in suggesting appropriate activities for my daughter and flexibility where the set activity has had to be changed or altered. I have no hesitation in giving Roberta an excellent recommendation for any future employment opportunities.

I was fortunate enough to work with Roberta Robertson. She was very supportive and creative with our adventures. When we first started working together I was very nervous. She gave me the time and space to settle into the support work she did. I had a panic attack after our first meeting but she was there, on the phone, supporting me through it. Only after meeting her once. It was easy to trust her and our rapport built very quickly. We spent a lot of time doing different activities and they were always fun. Roberta is also someone who you can talk to easily. Overall, working with Roberta has been great.
