Our Services
NDIS support services in Melbourne for young adults aged 18 to 35
Based in Brighton, we provide personalised disability support across Melbourne’s bayside and south east suburbs, as well as surrounding areas. Our services are designed to support everyday life, helping people build confidence, develop practical skills and work towards greater independence in ways that suit their goals and lifestyle.
Home Support
Home Support: building the skills for everyday life
Home support is about more than getting everyday tasks done. It’s about building the confidence and practical skills to manage them independently over time, with support that’s tailored to each person’s goals and abilities.

When Ben first started with us, takeaway was his go-to most nights because cooking felt overwhelming. Over time, he learnt to plan simple meals, shop for groceries and cook a few of his favourites. Now he cooks dinner for himself several nights a week and is proud of how far he’s come.
Community Access
Community Access: getting out and building confidence
Community Access is about more than visiting places. It’s about building the confidence, skills and independence to participate in everyday life.
From the local library to the Saturday market, from a gym class to a community sports team, we support people to explore new experiences, develop practical skills and feel more connected to their community.

When Emily first started with us, ordering a coffee felt intimidating. We began by visiting the same café each week, practising conversations and becoming familiar with the environment. Today, she confidently orders for herself and enjoys meeting friends there independently.
Health and Wellbeing
Health & Wellbeing: Building Healthy Habits for Life
“Looking after your health is about more than exercise. It’s about developing healthy routines that support both physical and mental wellbeing, improve confidence and create habits that can last a lifetime
Whether it’s going for a walk, joining a gym, preparing healthier meals or building a regular routine, we provide encouragement and practical support to help make healthy choices part of everyday life.

Eli wanted to feel healthier and have more energy but struggled with irregular meals and little physical activity. Together, we planned simple meals, shopped for groceries, started walking a few times a week and gradually introduced ourselves to the gym. As healthy routines became part of everyday life, they felt more confident, energetic and motivated to keep progressing.
Virtual Assistance
Virtual Assistance: staying organised and in control
Virtual Assistance provides practical support for the parts of everyday life that can feel difficult to manage alone. Whether it’s establishing a morning routine, staying on top of appointments, responding to emails or organising everyday tasks, we’re there to provide encouragement, structure and accountability.
By creating simple systems and regular check-ins, we help people feel more organised, reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed and build confidence managing everyday responsibilities over time.

Mandy found it difficult to get out of bed and establish a healthy morning routine, often leaving her feeling overwhelmed before the day had even begun. Through regular morning support calls, we stay on the phone while she works through her routine—getting out of bed, brushing her teeth, having a shower, preparing breakfast and talking through the day ahead. We also check in on important life admin, such as upcoming appointments, emails or bills that need attention.
Knowing someone is there to encourage and support her has made it easier for Mandy to stay on track, build healthy routines and start each day with confidence.
Please note: Virtual Assistance has a minimum booking time of 2 hours. We’ll work with you to structure this time in a way that best suits your goals and support needs.
Not sure where to start?
That’s perfectly okay. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or are simply exploring your options, we’re happy to answer your questions and help you find the right support.
