These services support participants to develop stronger health routines, physical fitness, and emotional wellness. We work alongside you to set goals, build skills, and explore activities that improve energy, mobility, and confidence.

Health and wellbeing service supports may be funded under Capacity Building or Core Supports. We collaborate with you to ensure activities align with your plan and goals, supporting active engagement rather than doing everything for you.

Our Melbourne support workers can help with: Daily health and self-care routines, Gym sessions or community fitness programs, Nutrition planning and healthy meal preparation, Stress management and emotional wellbeing, Skill-building for confidence and routine, Attending allied health appointments, Participating in wellness workshops.
