Thank you so much for your wonderful, professional, friendly and responsive service. I have an amazing support worker who has helped me to manage and integrate daily life planning, budgeting tasks, meal planning whilst navigating the challenges of life and medical conditions with support, assistance and encouragement. I highly recommend this amazing company and Roberta and Jack! Thank you for changing my life.

We feel so incredibly fortunate to have Robbie help us with our family life – she is just amazing. We have two beautiful boys on the NDIS and a young baby, life is so busy with multiple therapies that we often feel quite overwhelmed with everything there is to do. Robbie is always calm and non-judgemental, so helpful and she has so much initiative – she will often just jump in and start doing what needs to be done without me needing to say anything. She often does things I didn’t even notice that needed doing! She is wonderful with all three of our children, she treats them with such care and respect and they so enjoy having her come to our home and often ask “Is Robbie coming today!?”. I can’t recommend Robbie highly enough, she has been such a joy and comfort in our lives as we adjust to daily life with children who have unique needs and challenges. We love you Robbie!!

I was fortunate enough to work with Roberta Robertson. She was very supportive and creative with our adventures. When we first started working together I was very nervous. She gave me the time and space to settle into the support work she did. I had a panic attack after our first meeting but she was there, on the phone, supporting me through it. Only after meeting her once. It was easy to trust her and our rapport built very quickly. We spent a lot of time doing different activities and they were always fun. Roberta is also someone who you can talk to easily. Overall, working with Roberta has been great.

Mitchell has worked with my 20yo adult ASD son Darcy 2 days per week for about six months.
Darcy is quite active and was in need of a very active worker to do things with him, beyond what I could manage alone. Mitchell was a lucky find for my son’s situation. He engages really well with Darcy, diving right into activities, home schooling lessons, shopping, and some personal care. My son needs someone to do things alongside him to model the tasks, and Mitchell never hesitates to step up and do things like Taekwondo and swimming alongside Darcy. This has been so valuable to extend my son’s daily experiences to things I can’t safely manage alone. My son uses a LAMP AAC communication ipad to extend his verbal language, which Mitchell smoothly integrates into our sessions, following my lead.
Mitchell has a very direct personality and drive, he really dives into all tasks 100%. He adapts quickly to different plans on the day, follows routines & instructions, understands how to engage my son and – above all – Mitchell genuinely enjoys doing it, which my son responds well to, socially. At the end of the day, my son’s quality of life is a little richer for the sessions – which I think is the core purpose of these kinds of supports.

What sets us apart?
What makes our approach different
We do not try to be everything to everyone. We do one thing, support young adults aged 18 to 35, and we do it with genuine care and a real structure that gets results.
Specialist focus
We specialise in working with young adults at various stages of independence and life transitions. This focus means deeper understanding of the unique challenges, goals and needs young people face.
Small team, real relationships
Because we are not a large organisation, every participant gets continuity of care. You work with the same people, not a revolving roster of strangers. Real relationships are the foundation of real progress.
Outcome-driven approach
We track real progress through our Life Skills and Independence Program, reviewed together every six weeks. We are not counting hours. We are measuring actual growth: confidence gained, skills built and independence achieved.
Could this be your story?
